It is important to note that real Nordic Walking Poles include comfortable finger-less glove type straps. The most durable and effective straps are patented by the Salomon Ski Company.
Also, it is important to look for one-piece poles custom fit to an individual's height. Once-piece poles are safer, lighter and much more durable than cheap twist-locking adjustable/telescoping/collapsible poles.
